Held may be right for you if:

  • You are supporting a partner or loved one with depression, anxiety, OCD, or long-term mental illness

  • You feel emotionally exhausted, isolated, or unseen and unheard

  • You often hold things in because you don’t want to burden family or friends

  • You want a private, non-judgemental space to vent or reflect

  • You are an adult (21+) anywhere in the world

  • This space exists for people who carry a lot, often quietly.

Who Held Is Not For

Held is not suitable for:

• Crisis or emergency situations

• Active suicidal ideation

• Professional mental health treatment or diagnosis

• Ongoing messaging or 24/7 support

Hey, I'm Clara

My perspective comes from many years of lived experience supporting a loved one with major depressive disorder, OCD and severe social anxiety.

I know how isolating and emotionally complex caregiving can be especially when conversations at home often lead to silence, withdrawal or no emotional return.

Held exists because caregivers and quiet holders deserve a space where they are met, heard and not left carrying everything alone.
