How it Works
Held, where your voice truly matters
2. Talk freely
3. Leave feeling lighter
1. Choose a time
When you’re ready, choose a moment that works for you.
You’ll be met with care, attention, and space to speak (or not speak) freely.
Many people leave feeling steadier, simply because they were heard.

Who Held Is For
Held may be right for you if:
You are supporting a partner or loved one with depression, anxiety, OCD, or long-term mental illness
You feel emotionally exhausted, isolated, or unseen and unheard
You often hold things in because you don’t want to burden family or friends
You want a private, non-judgemental space to vent or reflect
You are an adult (21+) anywhere in the world
This space exists for people who carry a lot, often quietly.
Who Held Is Not For

Held is not suitable for:
Crisis or emergency situations
Active suicidal ideation
Professional mental health treatment or diagnosis
Ongoing messaging or 24/7 support
If you are in immediate danger or need urgent help, please contact local emergency services or a qualified mental health professional.
What you can expect

A genuine, human exchange held with presence and care.
No fixing
No advice, no pressure, no expectations to change or solve anything.
Arrive as you are
There’s no need to be prepared. You’re welcome exactly as you are.
Private one-to-one
A quiet, confidential space where you can speak freely and without judgment.
Deep listening
Leaving Ligher
Not solved, but supported. Many leave feeling a little steadier.
Your words are met with full attention, care and respect.
Private conversations held with care

How Held Is Different
Held is not therapy, coaching, or crisis support.
It was created for people who are used to holding everything together and rarely being met in return.
Typical Experience

Clinical care via messaging or video
Anonymous, text-based volunteer chats
App-based peer communities
Moderated group support chats
Immediate crisis support
Online therapy with licensed professionals, focused on treatment, goals, and improvement
How Held Is Different
Held is not therapy. There is no diagnosis, treatment, or pressure to improve — only space to speak and be heard.
Held is live, one-to-one, and deeply personal not anonymous or scripted.
Held removes the clinical framework and focuses on human presence.
Held is private and unstructured, with no group sharing.
Held offers real-time human conversation, not app interaction.
Held is not therapy. There is no diagnosis, treatment plan, or pressure to improve.
Held is not for emergencies

Hey, I'm Clara
My perspective comes from many years of lived experience supporting a loved one with major depressive disorder, OCD and severe social anxiety.
I know how isolating and emotionally complex caregiving can be especially when conversations at home often lead to silence, withdrawal or no emotional return.
Held exists because caregivers and people who do a lot of emotional heavy lifting deserve a space where they are met, heard, and not left carrying everything alone.
If you’re tired of talking into silence, if you need to get things off your chest without judgement or fixing, you are warmly welcome. I'm here.
